2010
Establishment of NSG
In 2010, NSG was established to take over the software representation from the former company.
2013
End of Non-Compete Period
In 2011, the former company was sold, and a 3-year non-compete agreement was accepted.
2014
Infrastructure Projects
Amidst the downturn in the oil and gas market, and considering the opportunities presented by the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the Rio Olympics, we participated in several iconic projects, including Maracanã and Engenhão.
2016
Subsea Projects
Collaborating with Petrobras and CENEPES to develop new methodologies for the installation of subsea manifolds with smaller cranes. We also provided engineering services for the installation of flexible jumpers and risers.
2018
Life Extension of FPSO Fluminense
Contracted by Shell, we played a crucial role in engineering work (analysis and fieldwork) to extend the life of FPSO Fluminense.
2020
Engineering of Torpedo Pile Rigid Pipelines
NSG was selected as a subcontractor for a pre-salt torpedo pile development project. We conducted free-span analyses and buckling analyses for six rigid pipeline projects for two different clients.
2022
Integrity Management, SHELL Award, and Increased International Presence
We conducted Structural Integrity Management System (SIMS) for 11 fixed platforms and won the Shell Safety Leadership Award in 2022. ISO 14001 and 45001 certification is planned for 2023.
2023
Measurement Buoy Project for Petrobras, Engineering Software Development Contracts, Finite Element Analysis, Digital Twin, and Integrity Management
We secured various contracts for engineering and design services in the Gulf of Mexico, North Sea, and the West Coast of Africa. Additionally, we signed contracts for the development of offshore engineering software (finite element analysis), Digital Twin, Digital Report, and SIMS.
