Code of Ethics and Integrity
  • Respect for life in all its forms, expressions, and situations, and for the quality of life, health, safety, and well-being of all employees;
  • Respect for diversity in terms of ethnic, cultural, social, religious, political, physical, mental and psychological conditions, sexual orientation, physical appearance, among others;
  • Honesty, integrity, justice, fairness, and consistency between speech and practice in NSG Engineering’s relationships with people and institutions;
  • Confidentiality of technical information made available for the performance of professional activities;
  • Confidentiality of personal, medical, and employee benefit information, which should be restricted to the individual employee and those responsible;
  • Not obstructing investigations or inspections by public bodies, entities, or officials, or intervening in their actions;
  • Not defrauding government bids and contracts. NSG Engineering condemns fraudulent practices of any nature. The awareness of its employees regarding sustainability and environmental preservation;
  • Conducting negotiations in accordance with the highest ethical standards and acting in compliance with the law in the performance of their duties;
  • Maintaining a harmonious and transparent relationship between the company and its suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability in contracted services;
  • Preventing, in respect to competitors and internal and external audiences, the use of illegal practices (such as bribery, active or passive corruption in Brazilian and foreign activities, extortion, fraud of any kind, including public bidding and bribery) to gain commercial advantages;
  • Not promising, offering, or giving, directly or indirectly, undue advantage to a public official or to a third party related to them;
  • Not financing, covering the cost, sponsoring, or subsidizing illegal acts;
  • Not using an individual or legal entity to hide or disguise their true interests or the identity of the beneficiaries of the acts committed.
